5K Baldwinsville Oktoberfest Run

One of the newest features of this year's Oktoberfest is a 5K Run that will kick off at the main site, River Mall parking lot, go through some of the scenic areas of Baldwinsville and will conclude back at the main tent at River Mall.

Saturday, September 18 at 5:00 PM the run begins.

But before you can run in it, you must register.

Download the document, fill it out and mail it into GBCBF P.O. Box 234 Baldwinsville, NY 13027.

Registration fees are:

$15 until 9/4/10,
$20 from 9/5‐9/17/10 and
$25 the day of the run.
For families that enter together there is a $5 discount for each additional family member who pre‐register.

Make your checks payable to Greater Baldwinsville Community Benefit Fund (GBCBF).

Soon, you will also be able to register at www.ezracereg.com.

BREAKING NEWS!!! Location Change

The location is changing from the Lock Street location to a new bigger location at the River Mall.

There will be plenty of parking on site and there will be all the same festivities just like in years past!

Featured Artist: Ruby Shooz!

The Baldwinsville Oktoberfest Big Stage is proud to again present Ruby Shooz as one of the featured bands!

Ruby Shooz have been thrilling audiences for over 20 years. They are a group of maniac musicians who bring back the great sounds from the 50's, 60's and some newer classics.

Ruby Shooz will play on Friday night, September 17 from 8:00-11:00 PM. The concert is free with admission.

Volunteers Needed

Events like this can never happen without willing and able volunteers.

Are you willing? E-mail our Volunteer Coordinator.

Are you able? We will train everyone who volunteers so that you know what is expected and how to do each job so that people will enjoy the celebration.
