5K Run

The first deadline for the Baldwinsville Oktoberfest 5K is this Saturday, September 4.

You can still register after September 4, but it will cost you more money to do so.

To register, download the form, fill it out and send it to the address on the form. Or you can register online HERE.

Volunteer

Events like the Baldwinsville Oktoberfest must have great volunteers to make it so great.

If you love to celebrate the Greater Baldwinsville area through serving others, we need your help!

We need servers, money changers, greeters, race marshals and more! Most of all, we need people who love to smile, make people feel good and have a lot of fun!

Children's Tent Extras

On top of the great talent that will be taking the Baldwinsville Oktoberfest Children's Main Stage, there will be other opportunities for entertainment.

1:30-3:30 PM: A caricature artist will be there to paint you in your best pose.

4:30-5:30 PM: There will be face painting to make sure you are decorated for Oktoberfest!

Plus a couple of other booths...

Liberty Mutual will have a booth to take your child's DNA and fingerprints. And they will be doing child safety presentations.

B'ville Fire Department will have a booth talking about fire safety.

Plus there will be plenty of games and prizes for your kids to play and win!

Children's Tent Featured Artist: The Magic of Virgil

The last entertainment at the Baldwinsville Oktoberfest Children's Main Stage is The Magic of Virgil! He will start preforming at 4:45 PM.

"Virgil has fine tuned his act to bring you a dynamic show that you will be talking about long after the curtain closes." As he "will astound, mystify, and thoroughly entertain you" (From his website).

Magic is always a crowd pleaser. Kids just can't get enough! Come out and be amazed!

Children's Tent Featured Artist: Rosamond Gifford Zoo Animals

The Baldwinsville Oktoberfest Children's Tent Main Stage will get wild at 2:30 with the Rosamond Gifford Zoo Animals making an appearance.

The Zoo will bring "live animals such as birds, reptiles, and invertebrates, among others, and some of the animals may be touchable" (from the Zoo website). This will be a great chance for your animal lover to come and get a great look at some exotic animals...and even get close enough to touch some! Just bring hand sanitizer!

Children's Tent Featured Artist: Always Dancing

Starting at 1:30 PM on Saturday, September 18, the Baldwinsville Oktoberfest Children's Main Stage will come alive with the Always Dancing! competition team.

They will set your feet to dancing with the variety of performances. Bring your aspiring young dancer to see the beauty, grace and fun they can have being an Always Dancing! performer! Don't have an aspiring young dancer? Come out anyway because they will get you to want to get up and dance!

The Jackman Twins will kick off the Children's Tent Main Stage at 12:30 PM on Saturday, September 18.

the Jackman Twins combination of magic and humor appeals to young and old alike. Their unique form of entertainment, including circus arts like juggling and fire-eating finds them in continued demand throughout New York and Pennsylvania.

On Saturday, our authentic German Oktoberfest band is...

The Crazy Firemen!

Best known for their authentic German Oktoberfest music, their range is from the "big band" sound of the '30's to the present, plus a collection of waltzes, polkas, marches, country-western & rock.

They're always a crowd favorite with their upbeat music and crowd engaging dancers.

They will preform on Saturday, September 18 from Noon til 4 PM.

The Baldwinsville Oktoberfest headline artist on Friday night is Ruby Shooz!

Ruby Shooz will keep your shoes tapping and body dancing with their 50's and 60's music.

They kick off at 8 PM and will play till 11.
